πŸ“Œ Frequently Asked Questions & Key Info for Custom Screen Printing Orders

Thinking about placing a custom screen printing order? Great! Here are some important things to know that can affect pricing and turnaround time:

πŸ’° What Affects the Price?

1. Type of Garment
Not all garments are created equal. Whether you're looking for something budget-friendly, mid-range, or premium, we've got options. And we print on more than just t-shirts β€” think hoodies, tanks, totes, and more.

2. Quantity Ordered
Screen printing has a setup cost, so the more items you order, the more you save per piece. Larger quantities unlock price breaks. Minimum order: 20 pieces.

3. Number of Print Locations
Every location you want printed (front, back, sleeve, etc.) requires additional setup and production time. A single front print will always cost less than printing on multiple areas.

4. Number of Colors in the Design
More colors = more screens = more time and setup. A simple one-color design is the most cost-effective, while multi-color prints will add to your total.

5. Deadline (AKA "In-Hands Date")
Orders are made to meet your specific due date. Need it in a rush? We can do that β€” but expect rush fees. Orders with longer lead times are easier on your wallet.

Printing Location & Size

I see this all the time and feel it should be addressed so that everyone is happy at the end of the day. When designing your artwork make sure it is designed at the actual size it will be printed as. This will ensure the best print quality and eliminates any guesswork. Please make sure you look at our maximum print sizes prior to setting up your design.
